For many team members, their families are also part of Central Florida Health Alliance. With our on-site Children and Learning Center in Leesburg, quality WORK BALANCE childcare in an educational environment is available from 6 weeks of age to Pre-K with a summer program for children up to age 11. The CLC provides extended 12 hr shifts, as well as summer/holiday care for older children. Our Sniffles   Snuggles (onsite sick childcare) provides daily TLC and professional care for team member children/grandchildren who are ill. Team Members may come to work without having to miss a day and know their child is being cared for in a safe environment.
